Po'o Kanaka...


The heiau Punalu'u Nui on Moku o Keawe. It was po'o kanaka class. A luakini for human sacrifice. When the adjacent wharf was being built, a large pit, or lua, was found with many human skeletal remains. The iwi of our beloved kupuna mohai. Those ancestors who were sacrificed at Kahi Holo.
