Yikes...

I made a simple bologna sandwich with mayonnaise and mustard like my Mother and Grandmother used to make me when I was small. Then I looked at the ingredients and composition of my sandwich.

Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Barley Malt, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Yeast, Soybean Oil, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Dough Conditioners (Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Mono & Diglycderides, Ascorbic Acid, Calcium Peroxide, Dicalcium Phosphate, Diammonium Phosphate, Axodicarbonamide), Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Yeast Nutrients (Calcium Sulfate, Ammonium Chloride), Corn Starch. Plus Turkey ingredients (Mechanically separated turkey, Turkey), Water, Modified corn starch, Corn Syrup, Sodium lactate, Salt, Dextrose, Flavor, Sodium phosphate, Sodium diacetate, Sodium ascorbate, Sodium nitrite, Extractives of paprika, plus Water, Soybean oil, Modified starch (Corn, Potato), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Eggs, Salt, Vinegar, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Sorbic Acid, Calcium Disodium EDTA (Used to protect quality), Natural flavor, Paprika Oleoresin, Beta Carotene (Color) and Distilled Vinegar, Water, #1 Grade Mustard Seed, Salt, Turmeric, Paprika, Spice, Natural flavors and Garlic Powder.

Prognosis for full recovery. Not good...
