Dog's let their tongue drop to the floor to aid in cooling their blood and thus, their overall self in a brilliantly designed cooling mechanism. Sometimes when I see a beautiful woman, my body heats up, my jaw drops, and my tongue hangs out to cool myself. Just sharing so there is no misunderstanding...
