Often I wake up to such brutal, horrific and painful news from around the World, that it rips my Heart to shreds, and often wells up empathetic and hopeless tears from the deepest recesses of my Soul. To keep my Spirit from spiraling down, I often need to immerse myself in the Loving, Fragile, and Gentle Beauty that surrounds us in this unrelenting World...
