Pa'akai 'Alaea....

This is some of my most powerful Spiritual pa'akai 'alaea. It was mixed in the mid-1990's by the late Kahuna Lāʻau Lapa'au Henry "Papa" Auwae, who took red colloidal ocherous earth from Hawai'i Island and mixed it into pa'akai, or salt, from Hanapēpē, Kaua'i.

The salt came from the late Helen Kaneakua. Her 'ohana has been making sea salt for generations. Helen used to take new pa'akai, and add it to a large jar which contained the salt made by her ancestors. She would mix it up and then take out only what she needed without ever depleting the jar. That way generations of ancient and new pa'akai would always mix and be present.

The spiritual union of Moku o Keawe and Manokalanipo makes for a very powerful spiritual elixir indeed. It is a mainstay in my Spiritual arsenal. E hui ana nā moku. The islands shall be united...
