I understand that Queen Lili`uokalani loved purple and lavender during her life, especially the lavender crown flower. These particular lavender crown flowers would make a beautiful haku garland for her head. I'm not good at making lei haku. And she is gone now. But I will make the most beautiful lei haku for her in my heart. And present it to her in my dreams tonight...
