At the 35th Annual InterTribal PowWow at Thomas Square, Native American fry bread was definitely all the rage...

Special hand-formed dough balls were ready for flattening...

Rolling them flat with rolling pins...

Once flattened out, they were sent to the big vat of oil for deep frying...

A hot crispy fry bread ready for toppings...

Beautiful baked bean mixture placed first...

Restocking the cheese...

Add a little cheese which melts right away on top of the hot bean spread...

Top it off with cold lettuce, onions and diced tomatoes. Wow...incredibly delicious. It is not just the total sum of the ingredients. But the generations of love put into the making...
