My Father embraces my Mother in the somber moments before her death...
Trying to hold on to the sands of life slipping through his fingers...
Desperately trying to slow down time...
To stretch every painful desperate second...
Not knowing the only path to Redemption...
Is captured in her beating loving heart...
Now quietly slowing down...
To a serene stillness...
As cold darkness sets in...
And the only World he knew and truly loved...
Gently and softly...
Comes to an end...
