Sightings...

Image
There were lots of spooky sightings tonight. The undead. Apparently...

Lit...

Image
The night was lit alive...

Halloween...

Image
The boys dressed up for Halloween. Elliott became Gaara with his sand gourd from Naruto. We decided to forego the red hair however. Koa opted for a member of the elite S.W.A.T. team from HPD. He didnʻt want to stand at doors yelling Trick-or-Treat. He wanted to kick the door down and search the whole house for sweets...

Siblings...

Image
Despite all the arguments and fights over territorial issues. In the end. You can always count on the needed uplifting support...

Luau...

Image
The Hawaiian Plate. Steamed laulau. Lomilomi salmon. Limu aku poke. Kalo paʻa. Poi. Sweet potato. Kalua pig. Brown rice. Teri Chicken. Chicken long rice. Haupia. Wow. As we say in Hawaiʻi...broke da mout...(broke the mouth...)...

Exactly...

Image
I feel like this at least nine to ten times a day...

Project...

Image
Koa had to make a tree for school. This is his variation of a Kou tree. He made it out of twisting wire. Hot gluing leaves which were punched out of green paper with a leaf punch from Ben Franklin. Then he painted the green wire brown. And then he added some fallen leaves on the ground. He is a creative little boy. That is for sure...

Twilight...

Image
Elliott wants to be Gaara, the Sand Gourd guy from Naruto. I think he should be vampire Edward Cullen from the movie Twilight. When he wakes up in the morning and his hair is all standing up, his face is white, and he looks like Cullen. Here he is playing the violin piece from the Soundtrack to Twilight, Bellaʻs Lullaby. It would be perfect...

There goes my theory that only little boys like little rocks...

Lazy...

Image
I love to lay down on the hot black sand at the surge line and let the cool water wash over me as I waste away the day. But I donʻt have any armor. Nor thick skin...
