I'm trying my best to stay on my diet. Tonight's dinner was dried aku, dried hamachi, hard boiled egg, ahi jerky and limu kohu that a co-worker gave me from Kaua'i, near Moloa'a, my kulaiwi. It was a powerful restorative connection to my ancestors and 'aina. And of course, lots of poi. I wasn't sure whether the meal looked more appetizing on the dinner table or out in the Sun. I chose the Sun...
