Chicken Special...

I enjoyed this "Chicken Special" on Kaua'i at a local eatery. I am not sure what made it special. Maybe it is the Kaua'i wild chickens which run around free range all over town. They certainly are special. Because they are hard to catch. Kind of like you. Incredibly special. An awesome difficult complicated catch. But oh so worth it in the mouthwatering end...
