Sweet and Sour Pork...


I bought about 5 pounds of pork butt. Put garlic salt, pepper, garlic powder, shoyu...browned in oven for half hour. Made sauce with ketchup, shoyu, brown sugar, ginger, more ginger, garlic cloves, sweet rice wine vinegar, crushed pineapple, etc. Baked for an hour in oven. Basted. Holy cow. Brought tears to my eyes. Made my boys look like they were in their second trimester pregnancy after they ate it all...
