Savory Fish...



A fisherman friend provided some ahi as a generous gift. There was so much, we shared it with others. I ate some of it, fresh, as poke and some as sashimi. After a day or two, the rest was fried up in olive oil with a little garlic salt and garlic powder. Oh man. That was sensational. Thank you my kind thoughtful fisherman friend...
