Life...


It has been about 25 years since I went to a gym and lifted weights. Some of my Facebook friends weren't even born then. My two boys have been wanting to join a gym and work out for over a year. We finally did it. I am easing back into it to avoid injury as my body needs more stretching and conditioning before I start with the heavy weights. It is nice bonding time to spend with my sons as I have become their Personal Trainer as well. I eat healthier now too because working out always helps you make better choices so as not to be counterproductive with the gym progress. I am giving myself about ten-years to bulk-up for the Mr. Olympia Competition or to begin my Mixed Martial Arts career...
