Breakfast of Champions...
I finally have my breakfast routine down. Strawberries, oranges and bananas. Sometimes a carrot or two. Blended whole in a Vitamix. If you asked me to eat a banana, orange, strawberries and carrots for breakfast. It would never happen. But I can drink it in 20 seconds. No problem. Now to work on lunch and dinner. And those darn snack-munching attacks...
